Included in the hotel rates are all meals, drinks, airport transfers, and hotel taxes - NO AIR.

Deluxe rooms are larger than Superior rooms, offering a view of the hotel's lush gardens or of the Caribbean Sea from the balcony or veranda. These rooms are located in Buildings 1 - 6 and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, shower, hair dryer, safety deposit box, daily supplied mini-bar, coffee/tea maker, dvd player, and direct dial telephone. Rooms are located directly on the secluded beach of Bahia Petempich. All deluxe rooms have either king or double beds.

Exception - When 3 adults are booked, no children are allowed.

A maximum of 2 children through age 2 stay free in existing bedding with at least 2 adults. Children ages 3 - 12 are surcharged.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of reservation.

Final payment is due no later than April 2, 2008.

Thank you for choosing Tramex Travel. It is very important that you read the following information.

This reservation is not fully refundable. Penalties will be assessed if canceled or changed. Please verify each detail of the reservation, since fees will apply for changes made to dates, times, names and resorts shown.

You may purchase cancellation waivers through the tour operator, through Tramex, or on your own. Purchasing these policies will not automatically allow every change or allow cancellation without penalty. Please verify the details of your policy when purchased. There are cancellation fees as follows:

Up to 61 days prior - $100 per person plus one night penalty
From 60 to 46 days prior - $200 per person plus two nights penalty
Within 45 days - 100% penalty. No Refund
Tramex Travel has a 50.00 per person administrative fee if cancelled at any time.

A valid US passport is required for each person that is participating in this itinerary

Non U.S. citizens should contact your consulate for entry requirements into the U.S.A. and Mexico.

Travel Guard plan for medical, baggage, trip cancellation, interruption, and delay is available for purchase. Premiums vary according to trip priced and age of traveler. Please call for details and rates.
